TECHNICAL FORUM
Power Supplies
Saturday March 13, 2010
8:00 AM
Tents of Grace Cafe
North Walnut Street, Gnadenhutten, Ohio
(the meeting will be in the Ice Cream, Sweets, and More room)
Join us for breakfast or a cup of coffee & the topic this week
will continue the series on power supplies; the individual
sessions will not necessarily follow each other, but may be
scattered throughout the coming months.
This month we will discuss additional rectifier combinations you may
find or want to use in power supplies, advantages/disadvantages of
the various circuits, filtering, and will view the waveforms to see the
effects of changes to the progressive design.
If you don't know what this is all about, by all means come and
find out just how exciting your amateur radio experiences can be
when you understand more about your power supply
(or when you design your OWN power supply!).
